Policies

Payment:

Orders will not be processed until payment is complete.
We accept all major credit cards and paypal.

Shipping:

Current processing time is 3-5 business days excluding holidays. 

Once marked shipped you will receive an email notification with tracking number. I use first class w/ tracking shipping labels so please make sure your address on file is correct, if not it may delay shipping.  All items are mailed in a self seal plastic bag in a stayflat cardboarder mailer. 

Once your package is dropped off, it is out of my control. Tracking may not be updated, packages may be delayed, etc... I am not responsible for the package once it is taken to the post office. I am not responsible for any damage caused by transit to you by USPS. 

*Any resend due to incorrect mailing address may incur additional shipping charges.
*I am not responsible for any international custom charges/fees that may occur.
*Orders are not considered lost until 30 calendar days have passed for domestic or 6 weeks for international.

Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the nature of the product I will not accept returns/exchanges. I check all items before packaging orders but mistakes can happen. If you find a mistake within your order or your stickers are hard to peel, do not hesitate to contact me. We can work out a refund/replacements for the item(s).

Cancelations:

Are accepted if your order is still processing. Normally I package orders every night so if you find that you need to cancel your order I would encourage to do so immediately.

 Combining Orders:

During sales and $2 Tuesdays I will not be able to combine multiple orders. If you place multiple orders any other time, as long as neither orders are not processed and/or marked shipped send me a message and I will combine and refund shipping charges.

Customs:

I will not take custom orders at this time but I do have an ongoing request list.
